Thank you for choosing Infinite Sweets!

Please review the following, which represents the agreement between Infinite Sweets and the customer. Review your invoice—including the date, dessert flavors, fillings, size, design theme/style, and any attachments (including inspiration photos)—as these details represent the final agreement between Infinite Sweets and you for your order. If, for any reason, you do not agree to any of the details noted on the invoice prior to payment, you are welcome to decline the order by sending an email to info@myinfinitesweets.com or contacting us directly. Orders canceled after payment are subject to the terms below. Your payment serves as your signature and agreement to these terms.

CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONES, OR RESCHEDULED ORDERS

If you need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule your order and notify Infinite Sweets less than 2 weeks in advance, we will honor your deposit and/or full payment as a dessert credit valid for up to 1 year.

  • Postpone: To put off an event with an unknown future date.
  • Reschedule: To set a new time and date for your event.

You may use your dessert credit for any order placed within 1 year from the invoice date. Rescheduling is subject to Infinite Sweets’ calendar and availability.

RETAINER & FINAL PAYMENT

  • Retainer:
    A non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your order date. Orders will not be confirmed until the retainer is paid to allow all interested customers a fair chance to book. The retainer may vary. If your retainer is not received within 24 hours, your order may be canceled and your chosen date may become unavailable.

  • Final Payment:
    Final payment is due no later than 24 hours before pickup or delivery, and 2 weeks prior for all wedding orders.

REFUNDS & DISCLAIMER

Infinite Sweets will not refund any payment once charged for any order. If you cancel, postpone, or reschedule your order, a credit will be added to your account for future orders within 1 year.

Disclaimer:
Infinite Sweets products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. It is your responsibility to notify your guests of any potential allergens. Depending on the design, your order may include non-toxic decorative items (e.g., highlight dust used for drip and splatter) that are for decoration only and are not edible. Please email us at info@myinfinitesweets.com if you wish to decline any specific decoration.

No refunds will be issued.

PACKAGING & CARE

  • Packaging:
    Your desserts will be packaged securely for travel. For safe transport, place your desserts on a flat surface such as the car floor or trunk rather than on seats.

  • Care:
    We will notify you of any care instructions prior to or during pickup/delivery. You are responsible for providing a level surface and a suitable environment for your desserts. We strongly advise against placing desserts outdoors or in direct sunlight. Infinite Sweets is not responsible for any damages due to outside elements.

LIABILITY & CHANGES

  • Liability:
    Infinite Sweets is not liable for any damage to your desserts once the order has been picked up or delivered.

  • Changes:
    It is your responsibility to review all order details thoroughly before making payment. If no changes are requested before submitting final payment, Infinite Sweets will assume your agreement with all invoice details and proceed with fulfilling your order.

SERVING SIZES & INEDIBLE DECOR

  • Serving Sizes:
    The serving size noted on your order form is based on personal research. Infinite Sweets is not responsible for any shortage in servings.

  • Inedible Decor:
    Items such as silk florals, support dowels, and any other non-edible decorative products must be removed before consumption. You acknowledge that these are not food products and may be harmful if consumed.
